The grandeur and beauty of the heavenly trees in the afterlife

The grandeur and beauty of the heavenly trees in the afterlife

The exegesis Forat mentioned based on Ibn Abbas, One day the Prophet was asked about the verse

الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ طُوبَىٰ لَهُمْ وَحُسْنُ مَآبٍ:

[Those who have faith and do righteous deeds—happy are they and good is their (ultimate) destination][1]

He said when I was taken to the ascension and I entered heaven, I saw a tree full of leaves, each leaf covered the whole world, and its product and fruit was fabric, clothing, and heavenly food and drink, where there was no palace or house in heaven provided there was a stem or a branch of that tree in it, and the owner of that palace or house or heavenly room got its clothes and food from That tree. I said to Jibraeel, what kind of tree is this?

Jibraeel said, “this tree is the family tree of Tooba, and it is for you, your household, and your Ummah. I told Jibraeel, where is its root and trunk?” Jibraeel said that its root and origin is in the house of your cousin Ali (PBUH).[2]

Also, in another narration, in the exegesis Forat, citing Ibn Abbas, it is narrated that the Prophet said there is a tree in heaven called Tooba; There is no place in heaven unless there is one stem of that tree there, and the fruit of that tree is sweeter than honey and softer than butter, and the root of that tree is in my room and its trunk is in the house of Imam Ali (PBUH).[3]

Again, in another narration in the exegesis Forat, citing Imam Muhammad Baqir (PBUH), it is narrated from their honorable fathers from the Prophet Mohammed, who said, when I was taken to the Ascension and I reached the sixth heaven, I saw a tree there that I had never seen anything bigger, better and more beautiful than it ever before. I said to Jibraeel what kind of tree is this? Jibraeel said this tree is the tree Tooba. At the same time, I heard a pleasant voice. I said to Jibraeel, what is this pleasant voice for?

Jibraeel said this is the sound of the tree Tooba. I told him what is that tree saying. He said it is saying Ali Ibn Abi Talib (PBUH) I am so eager to meet you.[4]
