One day, the Prophet Muhammad (a) was passing by a place and saw a group of youths were busy doing sports. There was a big rock and every one of the men tried to lift it. The Prophet (a) asked, “what are you doing?” They answered, “we’re struggling to find who is more powerful among us?”
The Prophet (a) said, “would you like me to tell which one of you is the most powerful?”
They said, “yes, O the Prophet (a) of God! What would be better than the Prophet (a) tells who is the most powerful?”
The Prophet (a) said, “the most powerful person is the person, when desiring something, whose desire does not lead him towards sins and transgression against the truth; and whenever he becomes angry, his anger does not push him away from the truth; the one who does not say a lie or an insult; and the person who does not go beyond his right, if he receives power to.”
