Soleiman bin Khalid asked Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him):
((I entrusted money to a man but he denied it, and swore that I did not give him anything, and he never returned my money.
After some time, money from him reached me; Can I retaliate and take it instead of the money he took from me and denied?))
Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said:
((No! This is cheating. If he cheated, don’t cheat and don’t do what you think is ugly and bad for him.))
