A person named Qasim ibn Mohsen narrates: on the way from Madinah to Makkah, a Bedouin in a weak physical condition came to me and asked for help, I felt sorry for him and I gave him some bread. Along the way, a strong wind blew and took my turban off my head and threw it to a place where I couldn’t find it anymore.
I arrived in Madinah and had the honor of being present with Imam Javad (pbuh). The Imam said Qasim! Lost your turban on the way? I said: Yes.
His majesty asked his page to bring me my turban. The page went and brought me my turban. I asked in surprise: How did my turban come to you? His Majesty said: You donate to that Arab. And God returned your turban to you as a token of thank to you. God does not waste the reward of those who do good deeds.
In fact, the Imam had occult knowledge of the traveler’s route and the events happened, and he was also aware of the place of the turban, and with his power, he was able to move the turban from that place to his own house, which is one of the signs of the Imamate (leadership) and succession of the Prophet.
